Observations	Observ. Campo : Shrub to 1 m. tall. Leaves very resinous, shiny, lighter below, to 6x3 cm. Calyx green, resinous; corolla white; stigmas white below, lavender on curled tips. Very common in whole paramo. This collection on west-facing slope near campsite at joining of two streams. Large bedrock outcrops with soil in erosion-widened joints.. Observ. Generales:
