Observations	Loc.: Experiment starion of the International Potato Center (CIP), San Ramon, Provincia de Chanchamayo, Dep. Junín, 11°07'36'' S, 15°21'29'' W, 800 m altitude. Flowering arracacha plant grown from a single cormel in a pot under a transparent rain shelter. Thsi material was grown in Oxapampa from 1997 to 1998 for characterization and taken from there as nature, but poorly yielding, plants for dehydration/ flowering trials by Steen Knudsen, thesis student from the Royal Veterinary University, Denmark.
